These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the EditStamp website and stamp maker service. By accessing or using EditStamp, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Service Description

EditStamp provides an online stamp maker that allows you to design, customise, and export digital stamp images for business and personal use. Our service includes:

• Template library: Browse and use stamp templates across categories such as company seals, notary stamps, and personal stamps.
• Online editor: Customise text, fonts, colours, shapes, and layout in your browser without installing software.
• Export: Download your stamp designs in formats such as PNG, EPS, SVG, and PDF. Available formats depend on your plan.
• Plans: Free access with limitations; one-time purchases for single exports or multi-format ZIP packages; optional Pro subscription for advanced features.

How to use: Visit editstamp.com, choose a template or start from scratch, customise your design in the editor, and export when ready. Payment is required for certain exports as shown on our pricing page.

Usage restrictions: You may use EditStamp only for lawful purposes. You must not use exported stamps to impersonate government agencies, forge documents, commit fraud, infringe trademarks, or violate any applicable law. We may limit usage, block exports, or suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Use of Services

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

Billing and Refund Policy

Paid plans: EditStamp offers one-time payments (single image export, multi-format ZIP) and recurring Pro subscriptions. Prices are displayed on our pricing page before you pay.

Billing: Payments are processed by our payment partner. Charges appear on your card statement under our merchant name, EditStamp.

Refunds — eligible cases: We will issue a refund if:

• You were charged but did not receive the paid export or Pro access due to a technical failure on our side
• You were charged twice for the same order
• You contact us within 14 days of purchase and have not successfully downloaded or used the paid export

Refunds — not eligible: Refunds are generally not available when:

• You have already downloaded or received the paid export files
• You changed your mind after a successful download
• Your design does not meet your subjective expectations
• Pro subscription fees for periods already used
• Your account was terminated due to a violation of these Terms

How to request a refund: Email [email protected] with your order details (email, purchase date, and plan). We will review and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Intellectual Property

Our website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through our services. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content solely to operate and improve the service.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use our services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Create stamps that impersonate official seals, government agencies, or regulated professionals without authorisation
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our servers or networks
• Use our services to distribute malware or other harmful code
• Circumvent payment, export limits, or technical access controls

User Breach and Consequences

If you violate these Terms, our usage rules, or applicable laws, we may take one or more of the following actions:

• Warning: A written notice describing the violation and required corrective action
• Restriction: Temporary limitation on certain features (for example, exports or login)
• Suspension: Temporary suspension of your account and access to paid features
• Termination: Permanent closure of your account. Fees already paid may not be refunded where the violation is serious or repeated
• Legal action: Referral to law enforcement or pursuit of legal remedies where warranted

We determine the appropriate measure based on the severity, frequency, and impact of the violation. You may appeal an account action by contacting [email protected] within 14 days.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms or if required by law. See User Breach and Consequences above for details.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on this page.
