How to Design a Rubber Stamp Online in Minutes
A simple guide to creating your own rubber stamp or company seal with no design skills — pick a template, add text and logo, then download.
Designing a rubber stamp online is easier than you might think. With the right tool, you can create a professional stamp for your business, notary use, or personal projects in just a few minutes — no design software or experience required.
Three steps to your stamp
-
Pick a template — Choose a shape (round, rectangular, or triangle) and a layout that fits your need. Most online stamp makers offer ready-to-edit templates for company seals, signature stamps, and address stamps.
-
Add your content — Type your text, upload a logo if you have one, and adjust placement. Everything is editable; you can save your work and come back later.
-
Download — Export your design in the format you need: PNG for digital use, SVG or EPS for engraving/print production, or PDF for formal documents and print.
Why use an online stamp creator?
- No software to install — Everything runs in your browser.
- Multiple export formats — One design, many outputs (PNG, EPS, SVG, PDF).
- Templates for every use — Business seals, notary stamps, wedding stamps, and more.
